Jesus said in Matthew 21:13 “It is written; my house shall be called a house of prayer”
Obrigado Prayer Movement is an interdenominational Movement for all. We believe that prayer changes the impossible. Our faith is in God who hears and answers our prayers. “We do not trust in chariots or horses, but in the name of the Lord our God”. Psalm 20:7
We meet online: Every Monday to Friday at 7am – 8am, at least monthly on a Friday night at 11pm – 2am, and frequently at a Prayer Mountain. We can also declare any day for prayer as the Holy Spirit leads.
MISSION
Our mission is to pray and seek the face of God in the lives of our children, family, local churches, nations and all is part of our abiding relationship with our GOD. We pray for people’s need during or after morning devotions or night prayer services.
VISION
The vision of the Prayer Movement is to assist in the uprooting and destroying strongholds, removing burdens and tearing down yokes, setting the captives free from bondage, bringing the kingdom of God to earth, bring souls to God. We are obedient to the Lord, through the Holy Spirit and intercede in prayer with the anointing of the Holy Spirit.
JOIN
The most important value is the Great Commission, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the Son and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19) is a focus of the Prayer Movement. We pray for the salvation of our unsaved, loved ones and others who are not in the Kingdom of God. The good news must be shared with ‘everyone everywhere’ in their language and cultural context.
